True Healthy Living goals for 2020

  1. Get WEEKLY adjustments.
  2. Drink HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT in ounces of water daily. * One glass of water per night can prevent heart attack or strokes.
  3. Eat more organic paleo based foods. – Order a Remedy test:  discover what foods your body needs.
  4. Get 6-8 hours of sleep nightly. – Set a good, relaxing nighttime routine.
  5. Keep a positive mindset. – Miracle morning to start your day.
  6. Get regular exercise – Strive for 30 minutes a day
  7. Spend quality time with family and/or friends. – Build strong, supportive relationships
  8. Support your spiritual-self
  9. Take supportive daily supplements – Take a Remedy test: discover what supplements your body needs
  10. Maintain healthy body weight. – Adhering to all of the above will support a healthy body weight
