Having been a lifelong soccer player and collegiate athlete herself, Dr. Jen knows the importance of a highly functioning body.
She has worked with athletes of all levels and sports in her career, from club team pitchers, Olympic athletes, and Ragnar racers, to 50 year old Ironman finishers. She was the team chiropractor for the Costa Rica national soccer team when they went to the Olympics in 2003/2004.
Making sure your body is functioning at your best 100% ever is an understatement, and that function needs to be at 100% during the development of those skills as well, which is why juvenile athletes are seen so often in their rise to the top of their game.
